Prices listed on this site are listed at Wholesale.
Minimums:
We require a $200.00 minimum order. We also
require minimums per style as noted in red for each
item
Terms of payment: All payments must be
received at the time of your order. We accept
Master Card and Visa through Paypal We also
accept business checks to be mailed with your
order. (Orders exceeding $1,000 must be
paid by company's check ONLY .. please contact
us for details)
Shipping: Shipping charges are NOT
included. You will be billed separately and notified
by email with your shipping charges at cost. (Please
click on the shipping link to check current
shipping schedule)
Return Goods: Authorization must be obtained from us
for the return of goods. All requests for
returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of
goods. Credit is not allowed on worn or misused
products. Returns must be sent freight
prepaid. Restocking charge of 20% will apply to
all returns where we are not at fault.
Measurements:
All measurements are approximate outside
measurements (length, width, overall height
for handled baskets) Additionally, containers
are all hand produced. As a result, size,
color and weaves may vary.
Shortages
or damages: In the event of any shortages or
damages in a shipment, notify the delivering carrier
at once and us within 7 days.
Back orders:
We will backorder items which are unavailable
at the time of shipment unless you specify
otherwise. The backorder must total at
least $100.00 and will be shipped upon arrival
of goods, without notice. All backorders
will be held for two months unless cancelled
by the customer. State Resale
Permit: We must have your permit # on
file prior to ordering from us. We do
NOT sell to the public. You must have a
business to purchase any of our products.
